Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any adventure activities with Pine Track Adventures. By submitting a booking or participating in our trips, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Confirmation

• Bookings can be made directly via our website booking form, email, WhatsApp, or at our office in Da Lat.
• A booking is officially confirmed once you receive written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) from our reservations team detailing trip dates, meeting time, and price.
• Unless agreed otherwise, payment or deposit instructions will be clearly provided during confirmation. We accept cash (VND / USD) and major electronic payment methods.

2. Health, Fitness & Safety Briefings

• Adventure activities (Canyoning, Mountain Biking, Trekking, Whitewater Rafting) require a reasonable level of physical fitness and health.
• Participants must inform us prior to trip departure of any pre-existing medical conditions (heart conditions, asthma, back injuries, pregnancy, or recent surgeries).
• Before beginning any technical activity (such as canyoning abseiling or mountain biking descents), all participants must attend the compulsory safety briefing and equipment practice session conducted by our certified guides.
• Alcohol and illicit drug consumption prior to or during adventure activities is strictly prohibited. Our guides reserve the right to exclude any participant who appears intoxicated or refuses to follow safety instructions, without refund.

3. Guide Authority & Route Changes

Safety is our non-negotiable priority. Our licensed head guides have full authority to alter trip routes, delay sections, or abort activities if weather conditions (such as sudden heavy rain, river water levels, flash flood risks) or participant physical exhaustion warrant such action.

4. Equipment & Personal Belongings

• Pine Track Adventures provides international-standard safety gear (CE/UIAA certified harnesses, ropes, helmets, life vests, mountain bikes). Participants are expected to take reasonable care of provided equipment.
• We recommend leaving valuable electronics, jewelry, and passports in your hotel safe. Waterproof dry bags are provided for basic essentials, but Pine Track Adventures is not liable for damage or loss of personal electronic devices (cameras, phones) taken on water trips.

5. Insurance

While Pine Track Adventures operates under rigorous safety standards and carries local operational liability, all international travelers are strongly advised to hold comprehensive personal travel insurance covering adventure outdoor activities in Vietnam.
