At Pine Track Adventures, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. We strive to offer a transparent, fair, and flexible cancellation policy for all our adventure tours in Da Lat.
100% Weather & Safety Guarantee
If Pine Track Adventures cancels a trip due to adverse weather (storm, flash flood warning, extreme river water levels, or official national park closures), you will be given the choice of:
1. Free rescheduling to the next safe day, OR
2. An alternative adventure tour of equivalent value, OR
3. 100% full refund with zero cancellation fees.
1. Customer Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or modify your confirmed booking, the following terms apply:

* Why the 24-hour policy? Within 24 hours of departure, permits are non-refundable, vehicles and equipment are allocated, and professional guides have been reserved exclusively for your group.
2. How to Request a Cancellation or Date Change
To cancel or change your booking date, please notify us as soon as possible through one of the following channels:

3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (cash at our office or electronic reversal). Electronic refunds typically appear in your account within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
